Sharebuilder Purchase – 3/29/2016

Here are my sharebuilder automatic investments this week (3/29/2016).

  • BBL – 4.6298 shares@21.599 ($100)
  • DIS – 1.0248 shares@97.5778 ($100)
  • WFC – 2.0800 shares@48.0769 ($100)

I invested a total of $300.

BBL continues to be a speculative buy. I am hoping that the stock is bottomed out and with the dividend cut out of the way, the stock can stabilize and might go up in the long run. Therefore, the plan is to average down a bit. In the meantime, I “hope” to collect dividends at around 2.5%. Let’s see how this plays out.

I want to add to my other positions like PEP and KO, but would like for KO to drop ~40s and PEP to ~90s to start adding these again.

This week’s purchases add $7.53 to my annual dividends. This results in 2.51% yield.

These purchases increase my total annual projected dividends to $3,290.85.

Disclosure: Long on all stocks mentioned above

  1. Always love reading these weekly buys. I think that you are doing the right thing by staying consistent with your buys and not letting market forces or media noise scare you. Consistency in investing is often an overlooked trait that I feel is very important for long term results.
